Individual Psychological Therapy
At times, life can feel overwhelming, and finding your way forward isn’t always easy — especially when you’re far from home. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, managing stress, facing a major life transition, or feeling stuck, therapy offers a safe and supportive space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s going on.
Adjusting to life abroad can bring both excitement and complexity. As an expatriate, you may be managing the loss of familiar routines, distance from loved ones, cultural adjustments, or questions about identity and belonging. Having worked in 4 countries, I have both personal and professional experience of both the challenges and opportunities of life as an expat and understand the unique emotional landscape that comes with building a life away from home.
Therapy can offer you the space to make sense of your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. I offer individual therapy for adults, creating conversations that are both compassionate and practical, helping you to move towards the change you want to see. Together, we will explore and harness your inherent strengths, tackle the obstacles in your path, and guide you toward realizing the fulfilling life you envision and deserve.
My work is grounded in Solution Focused Brief Therapy — a future-oriented, evidence-based approach designed to help you identify your strengths and build on what’s already working, even in difficult times. Rather than focusing solely on problems, our conversations will centre on possibilities, progress, and meaningful change

Couples Therapy
Being in a relationship can be deeply rewarding — but even the strongest partnerships face challenges. Differences in values, communication styles, and expectations can sometimes lead to misunderstandings or distance. For intercultural couples, these complexities are often magnified. You may be communicating in a language that isn’t your mother tongue, living far from family and familiar support systems, or navigating the unique experience of raising third culture kids.
I offer couples therapy with a particular focus on supporting intercultural relationships. Our conversations create a safe and respectful space to explore differences, strengthen your connection, and work together toward the kind of relationship you both want. Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling to reconnect, or simply looking to deepen your understanding of each other, therapy can offer clarity, compassion, and practical ways forward.
Alongside my professional experience, I also bring personal insight. I know first-hand the rewards and challenges of life in an intercultural relationship, raising bilingual children, and living far from family. This combination of personal and professional understanding allows me to offer both empathy and guidance as you navigate your own path.
Couples therapy can also be a valuable support for those facing separation or divorce — helping you part as amicably as possible, and where children are involved, lay the foundation for effective and respectful co-parenting.
I welcome individuals of all genders and sexual orientations, including those in relationships who are exploring or practicing consensual non-monogamy.
