Jane has her own company in Singapore where she has worked for 11 years. She works as a Clinical Psychologist (specialising in adult mental health) and as a Life, Executive and Team Coach, and Coaching Supervisor.

After qualifying as a clinical psychologist in 2004, she worked for 4 years in the National Health Service in the UK. This included working in adult mental health services in both primary and secondary mental health care services as well as acute psychiatric wards, specialising in clients with severe and enduring mental illness.

From 2008 to 2016 she worked in Singapore in a variety of settings including private practice, The Institute of Mental Health as a Visiting Consultant Clinical Psychologist with the EPIP team and as a Lecturer at James Cook University. From 2016 to 2020 she was based in Helsinki, Finland and had her own private practice.

Since returning to Singapore in 2020 in addition to working as a psychologist and coach, she also works as a trainer and supervisor with the Academy of Solution Focused Training in Singapore. She teaches Level 1 and 2 SFBT training, including teaching solution focused supervision to therapists. She is also a trainer at Solutions Academy in Germany where she teaches an EMCC accredited Solution Focused Coaching Supervision Course –

She is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with 19 years’ experience, and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She is a Master Solution Focused Practitioner with the International Alliance of Solution Focused Teaching Institutes (IASTI). She is a Registered Psychologist and Approved Supervisor with the Singapore Psychological Society. As a coach, she is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

She also has over 17 year’s experience as a clinical supervisor and 5 year’s experience as a coaching supervisor. She offers both individuals and group supervision, as well as teaching Solution Focused Supervision to therapists and coaches. She is an Approved Supervisor with the Singapore Psychological Society and an Accredited Coach Supervisor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Jane has a keen interest in cross cultural working and is co-editor of Solution Focused Practice in Asia (2016). She has recently finished editing two books: Solution Focused Coaching in Asia and Solution Focused Coaching Supervision, both due to be published in mid to late 2024.
